Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the items are in new condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
